Sleeps 12 | Sauna+Bar+Basement Game Room+Fire Pits

We had a wonderful family Christmas at this lovely home. Decorated both inside and out for the holidays made it magical. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, bakeware and serving ware. The kids and adults enjoyed the lower level game room. The sauna was a plus feature. The living room couch was cozy and fit almost all of us at once. The host was great about keeping in touch before and during our stay. Even arranged for snow removal. The WiFi was spotty at times but it's because of the location. The only thing we missed was enough silverware but I'm sure the host will soon remedy this. I highly recommend this place!

My high school besties and I stayed at The Colonial Gem for a few weekend in October with our families. It was the perfect house. There is a ton of room and hours of built in entertainment with the game room. We are already trying to figure of what weekend we can all go again next year :)

Great house for my small golf outing. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. House came nicely stocked with everything you need. I had an issue with the tv streaming service but communication with pocono pads was prompt. I would recommend it to anyone and will probably be back. They are even putting in a pool!

The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want or need. The game room was so much fun. They really went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay there again next year. It was even decorated for valentines day.
